After receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
You may cancel an order within the first 12 hours. After shipment, cancellations cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was defective.
